Staff schedule pricing

Each staff schedule starts with 2 weeks free access and includes drag & drop editing, time off management, text & email messaging, unlimited staff & facilities, reports, payroll data exports, budgeting, reusable templates, notice boards, custom branding (for 12 month subscriptions) and more.

Once your 2 week trial expires it's up to you to then "top-up" your access. Top-ups effectively unlock dates on your schedule so you can schedule further forward in time. Take for example a schedule that expired today, March 11. Purchasing an additional months top-up would enable you schedule further forward, up until April 11. You're in complete control of how much you top-up and how often. There's no contracts, no hidden costs and it's not a subscription service, so we'll never rebill you for your purchases.

Each schedule is priced at $12.59 per month - just 41¢ per day.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are per schedule, but if you're interested in purchasing multiple schedules, please contact us for discount information.

Text message top-ups

These top-up bundles allow you to send schedule updates to your staff's cell phones. Each message sent is priced between 14¢ and 21¢, depending on the bundle you purchase.
