"I have been using Findmyshift for about a year now, and could not imagine working effectively without it! After years of complaints from my team about "unfair shifts" or hassle when staff didnt turn up at right time, life seems much simpler allowing me to concentrate on other areas.
My team also absoloutely love it, as it allows them to log on from anywhere and check their shift patterns, so no more lateness, hurrah!! some members of my team have also provided access to family members so they know in advance their days off and can plan quality time together.
The notice board is also fantastic as it allows key messages to be delivered to everyone by email, and not least the text message bundles at a bargain price are great when quick messages need to be sent re schedule changes.
Lastly, I have never experienced a technical support service that has actually listened to my problems and delivered solutions, until now... "Findmyshift", have not only listened but actually made modifications to suit my rquirements, WOW!

"Findmyshift suited our business perfectly as we have a need for real-time multiple site time & cost reporting.
We are a small business with 25 staff split over two sites and fms proved to be a great tool also in communicating efficiently with staff.

"Our school has had a number of key resources (special rooms such as IT labs, lecture theatres and meeting rooms) which are available to all staff if booked ahead. Findmyshift crafted a special schedule based on teaching periods which greatly sped up a tedious process that had meant teachers walking across the school to special rooms and hand-writing on a paper sheet to book the rooms. Findmyshift prevented double bookings, reduced teacher time in booking and opened up forward planning to them as well because it was online both at school and home and after hours.
Special rooms were now fully utilised, teaching programs were able to make better use of the facilities because they could be easily planned further ahead (paper booking sheets never went further than 2 weeks ahead).
Accidental double bookings were a thing of the past as well and no one was needed to create and administer the paper booking system making the whole process minimal maintenance.
The time and dollars wasted in laborious maintenance of a flawed system were in stark contrast to the flexibility, efficiency and cost savings of Findmyshift.

I have recently started to use Findmyshift for one of our activities in remote Australia. I have found the service to be extremely useful and with a high rate of acceptance amongst all the participants. Being able to log on from anywhere and add or change rosters is a great idea. We are poised to open a business in NZ and we will use this tool for there too!
