What are the red and yellow dots on my staff schedule?

Sometimes you might find coloured dots appear in the cells of your schedule. The yellow dots are used to show unsaved changes. Once you save the changes the dot may turn red, depending on the settings of your staff schedule. If you have switched “automatic publishing” off the dot will turn red indicating that there is an unpublished item in the cell. Your staff won’t be able to see any unpublished items, so you can use this as a draft function, if required. When you choose to publish these items the red dot will disappear from the cell and your staff will then be able to view the changes you have made.
