It's easier than ever to track each staff member's sick leave allowance and to keep a record of the sick days they've taken. To get started, you need to enter your staff's sick allowance on their staff profile. Depending on your settings, you can enter their sick allowance in days or hours (per annum).
To track how much sick leave your staff take you now need to record the days when they are sick. This is recorded under time-off as "Sick leave". These time-off entries you add are then used for calculating the time-off report which will show allowances, instances, days taken and the Bradford Factor.
