More often than not, missing shifts on the reports are the result of the options that have been selected through the "Options" link at the top of the page. In addition to these options, filters will also reduce the amount of data that can be included in the report.

If neither the options or filters are the cause of the missing shifts, you may not be entering your shift times correctly on the roster. For example, while entries such as 9:00am-5:00pm are recognised in the reports, entries such as 9:00am-5:00pm LATE START are ignored.
