If you have a list of employees in an Excel spreadsheet it's easy to import them, rather than entering them all individually into your schedule.

To upload your employees just click on "Employees", then select "Add more employees" and select the option titled "Upload a CSV or Excel file". Select and upload your file, and you're done!

There's also the option of exporting your employees from Findmyshift, for your records or for use in your other systems. To export your employees select "Employees" and click "Download". This will export employee names, contact details and all associated data into a CSV file.
