Text messages are purchased as credits and allow you to send notifications direct to your employee's mobile phones. The amount of text credits required to send a message depends upon the length of the message with each text credit allowing for 160 characters.   • What exactly is a team?A team is a group of employees that are managed by one or more managers. If you have different managers in your organization that schedule their employees independently, and you want to keep them separate, you can do this by creating multiple teams.
  • Do organizations with thousands of employees pay $80?That depends on how the organization structures their teams and the pricing plan they choose, not how many employees they have. If they include all of their employees and their managers together on the same team they could pay as little as $40 per month on the Business plan. If they split them up they could pay as little as $25 per month for each team on the Starter plan. If they have multiple managers that work together to schedule a group of employees then one team is normally enough, but if their managers work independently to schedule their own employees, then we would recommend that they are split on to separate teams.
  • Is there a discount for charities and volunteers?Yes! We have always offered an additional 25% discount to charities and volunteer organizations, so tell us a bit about yourselves if you think this applies.
  • Can I try it for free?Yes! Our 60 day free trial gives you full access to the entire system, with up to 300 employees and as many teams as you need. To begin, click on Get started in the top menu.
  • Will I lose my data at the end of the free trial?No, all of your data will remain as it is. If you do decide to continue, we simply upgrade your trial account to a full account, and you can continue scheduling right where you left off.
  • Is it possible to pay via bank transfer?Yes! Just get touch with our support team and they'll arrange an invoice that you can pay via bank transfer.
  • What is your refund policy?At any time, for any reason, you're always entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription. Just get in touch with our support team and they'll arrange that for you.
  • Do I need to pay for emails and push notifications?No, emails and push notifications are both free to send. Text credits are only required for sending text (SMS) messages.
