Unlimited staff, employees, volunteers, guests, managers and administrators.
Each roster allows for as many staff as you like, so whether you manage a team of 10 or a team of 200, there's no extra cost for the extra names on your roster, and you can continue adding more staff as your business grows. Besides staff, you can also add as many managers, administrators, time off managers, guests and report viewers (read-only administrators) as you need.

Unlimited facilities, equipment and available resources
If you use facilities on your staff roster to represent different work areas, equipment, available resources, departments or areas of responsibility, there's no limit as to how many you can use.
Unlimited shift reminders, change notifications and the Noticeboard
Email notifications, such as shifts reminders and change notifications, are available to all users as often as needed. In addition to email notifications, all users have access to a Noticeboard, used for sharing news, memos and documents.
