Yes, this can be done by white-listing your workplace IP addresses under "Settings" > "Time clock".
When a white-list is used, any attempts to clock in/out from an IP address not in the white-list will be denied.
Please note, this will not stop attempts by employees who access their workplace network via a VPN.
