Time clock data is the raw information we capture when an employee clocks in and clocks out. This data should be thought of as an audit trail as it can't be changed. Time clock data also appears on the "Timesheets" page, where a manager can approve and convert the time clock entry into a timesheet.
Timesheet data (entered on the "Timesheets" page) shares more similarities to your schedule data, in that it can be added, edited and deleted as and when required. It can also be used in the reports to calculate the actual hours worked by employees, as opposed to the scheduled hours.
